Edit : After I posted this review, I seemed to get a speedy response and a refund straight away. and honestly, this company has the potential to be something great, but unfortunately, the greed got to their head. this company has probably been the only company that has given me such a hard time, and rough interaction. I spent 2 HOURS on the phone in a waiting line stuck on hold, only for the phone to get closed on me when I started talking. This is ILLEGAL and does NOT comply with the EU regulations. Also, you say that you offer a 7-day money-back guarantee whereas as I can see that this was also FAKE ADVERTISEMENT. It turns out they had edited my basket and added their dr phone full toolkit. When I paid I was supposed to get charged only £20, but instead, you STOLE £150 FROM ME. Even 1 star is too good for these thieves.I tried to purchase the dr phone phone backup package.
